SANDY CESAIRE – CFO

Sandy Cesaire is a full-time real estate investor, agent and consultant. For over 17 years, she has been involved in all facets of residential real estate, and her success has inspired many others to pursue their own financial dreams. She began her career in the real estate industry in early 2002 as a licensed real estate agent, and became a loan officer shortly afterward.
In early 2003, she bought her first investment property, and has never looked black. Always setting high goals to challenge herself, she had acquired 3 additional properties within 6 months, and in one year controlled over 20 properties. Sandy truly believes in sharing the knowledge that can help other people achieve success. She works personally with many investors and has helped them earn thousands of dollars and build wealth through creative real estate strategies.

A successful Internet marketer, IT professional, and real estate investor for over a decade, Sam Bell is committed to helping others reach their Internet marketing goals. The brains behind several popular Internet marketing and real estate tools that have produced millions for his clients and students, Sam partners with top marketers and real estate investors and serves as an internet consultant on both PPC and SEO.

Sam’s passion for Internet marketing and all things technology makes him a true New Age mentor. He teaches internet marketing strategies, such rapid traffic generation and many other techniques that are essential to today’s virtual marketplaces.

Having found success in the PPC management side of the business, Sam decided to form PPC Boutique to better serve his existing clients and manage new referrals. A devout believer, he lives in Tampa, Florida, with his fiance’ and Son.

HEATHER SMITH – COO

Heather Smith has made the Tampa Bay Area her home for over 20 years with over a decade in the real estate industry serving her clients through consulting. Her passion is working with real estate investors, buyers, agents with the goal of simplifying the selling and buying process for each customer while providing each client a smooth transaction and assisting with any concerns or questions along the way.

TANIA MONTIEL – Disposition Manager

Tania Montiel is a native of Nicaragua, the largest country in the Central American isthmus. She has a background in real estate admin and customer service. She is proficient, self-motivated, a hard worker and a mother to 2 beautiful children. She loves her family and she genuinely loves people and has a heart for helping and caring for others.

Maureen Santos - Transaction Coordinator

Maureen is a nurse by profession with a post-graduate degree of Master of Arts in Nursing Major in Clinical management. She is a mother of two who loves to spend time with her children and a workaholic by nature. She has dedicated over a decade helping clients buy and sell properties. An experienced TC who has worked and has been trained by real estate gurus and successful real estate agents and consultants bringing excellent customer service and commitment to work hard. She is flexible, enthusiastic and she makes sure she provides quality service to build a relationship with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.
